I have a particular focus in my career of supporting women and young girls achieve goals and help manage the stressors of being a woman in our society. Additionally, I have worked extensively with anxiety and depression.

If I have never been to therapy before, what should I expect? How do I know if I should go, and how do I start?
I generally tell people, “Want to be able to communicate better? Go to therapy. Want to know why you’re struggling to move forward in your career or elsewhere? Go to therapy.” I would say that if you are on the fence about coming, just try it. You obviously feel like you need a hand with something, and that’s what therapists are here for.
