About this group: We are Performance Wellness therapists and coaches working with creatives and artists of all kinds. The platform we created is where performers and artists are able to sign up and process struggles and find support, therapeutic tools, and community. It provides a new way to acquire helpful tools to navigate the unique challenges of life as creatives. This is particularly helpful for potential clients who do not yet want to invest in one therapist who specializes in creatives but want more of a "therapy in your pocket" approach.

Who is this group for?: This group is for creatives, performers, musicians, and artists of all kinds.

Date and time:  The platform has benefits, including group workshops, that are ongoing. Times vary!

This platform is online and virtual.

Cost: The price depends on the tier or product that fits your needs.
