I especially enjoy working with young professionals in their 20s and 30s to manage work and relationship stress, reduce anxiety and help modify destructive and unwanted thoughts. I also frequently help individuals work through:

How can you tell if someone is benefiting from therapy?

In a very simple sense - if you are feeling better! This idea of feeling “better” is different for every client and together we will create a personal definition of what it means to you.

This may be as simple as noticing that one is happier, more hopeful and generally more at ease. It could also mean being able to label, name or control emotions independently and picking up on patterns…
