If you are someone who has never been to therapy before, this can be a very exciting time for you! I personally believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. It provides a space for discussing your problems and making changes. It is a space that is purely yours. If you feel like there are changes you want to make in your life or areas for improvement, then therapy is for you. Starting can be daunting, but the first step is reaching out to a therapist to see if they will be a good fit. You have all the tools you need here to take that first step.
