I have about 5 years of experience—in addition to internships in graduate school—working with people who have gone through all kinds of trauma and anxiety. I have worked with diverse groups of people and enjoy doing so. I also have experience working with people struggling with ADHD, particularly (but not limited to) adults who were diagnosed later in life.

From your perspective, what is therapy?
My perspective on therapy is that it is a method of healing that improves mental and emotional health, and ultimately, life satisfaction. If your mind is nurtured and healthy, then you are likely to be more happy, fulfilled, productive, and at peace.
I believe therapy is a tool that should be used to learn how to carve out the best life for yourself.
