If I have never been to therapy before, what should I expect? How do I know if I should go, and how do I start?
I believe that we can all benefit from therapy. I encourage clients to look at therapy as an opportunity to look at what patterns may not be serving them anymore and try something new. I aim to create a safe and accepting space for you to share your emotions and experiences to garner insight and move towards growth.
You should consider therapy if you are seeking help for life transitions, experiencing anxiety or depression, having difficulty in your relationships, or are feeling lost or stuck. To begin the therapy process all you need to do is reach out and try to remain open to the process.
