If I have never been to therapy before, what should I expect? How do I know if I should go, and how do I start?

Most people who start therapy are feeling stuck or frustrated in any or multiple parts of their lives and know they can be living more freely, but are unsure how to tap into this ability on their own. Thus, they take the brave step of asking someone to help them witness all of these parts of themselves.

First, you can start by scheduling a free 15 minute consultation call with me where we discuss a little more about what in your life needs some attention, as well as leaving space for me to answer any questions you have for me about my work and therapy in general. The initial intake is usually used to start building rapport and take a deeper look at your life so far. We will begin to identify any patterns we see as well as highlight any goals that are grabbing your attention.
