I have many years of experience working with people who have chronic anxiety, depression, PTSD, self esteem issues, who are ‘stuck’, have trouble handling their impulses or making commitments.

Unfortunately, there is still a stigma about therapy and many people who can be helped are reluctant because they are afraid they will be labeled ‘crazy’ and/or be forced to spill their guts to a total stranger.
If you are in psychological pain, if you keep getting ‘stuck’ in negative emotions, patterns and relationships, if you rely on psych meds to do all the work, if you are in the midst of a traumatic situation, if you consider yourself unworthy and/or unlovable, if you are scared to make a necessary change in your life, if you have a curiosity about what you really are capable of… you owe it to yourself to try therapy.
