I find my work to be unique because I collaborate with YOU on what it is that you need from our time together. I am not here to lecture you or tell you what to do. What I am here for, is to utilize different techniques and tools to help you connect to your inner wisdom and concretize what it is that you desire from your life. This could look like powerful questioning, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) tools, breathwork, movement, guided meditations, and action planning.
