From your perspective, what is coaching?

"If you want to change the fruits, you will first have to change the roots. If you want to change the visible, you must first change the invisible."

What is unique about the work you do, or how have you found your work to be different than your colleagues'?

I find my work to be unique because I collaborate with YOU on what it is that you need from our time together. I am not here to lecture you or tell you what to do. What I am here for, is to utilize different techniques and tools to help you connect to your inner wisdom and concretize what it is that you desire from your life. This could look like powerful questioning, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) tools, breathwork, movement, guided meditations, and action planning.

How should I prepare for my first session with you?

There is no need to prepare, come exactly as you are. In a first session, I want to get to know you and what you are looking for. It's also completely okay to not know; we can work together on creating a path forward.
