Greg Sandler, Integrative Practitioner + 1

Message from Greg

I am a seasoned psychotherapist specializing in trauma, relationships, addiction, and families. Using an integrative approach, I apply cognitive/behavioral or interpersonal self-psychology modalities to address client needs. I compassionately attune to each unique experience to foster understanding, safety, and trust – core components of a collaborative, long-term partnership. Coming from a diverse background helped me foster an innate ability to relate with others through empathy and compassion. Whether I was teaching in college or engaging in one-on-one conversations, I forged connections with people through mutual trust and understanding. After becoming a psychotherapist, I leveraged and honed these abilities to positively impact the lives of others. Healing and helping others heal is a life-long process that has a ripple effect on the community. In addition to my full-time work with my clients, I partake in therapy sessions to help me evolve as a professional and a human being. I collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists as a team to ensure that we provide excellence in mental health care. Keeping abreast of evidence-based findings elevates our quality of care.
