Looking for someone to talk to? Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? I can help! My goal as your therapist is to support you. I create a safe, stress-free space where you can share your thoughts and worries with absolutely no judgement. Together, we can work towards goals as a team, incorporate mindfulness and grounding techniques, and shift your negative thoughts to positive ones. Whether it's self esteem building, combating burnout, or wanting to heal your inner child, we will start where you are. You can tell me as much or as little as you would like. This is your healing journey, and I am here to guide you. Please book your brief, free consultation with me to confirm our fit and begin therapy together. I look forward to helping you grow and heal. ---------- Currently in-network with United Healthcare, Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Evernorth, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, UMR, and Optum. I am also an out-of-network provider. Please note: I am only accepting clients age 18+ at this time.

From your perspective, what is therapy?

From my perspective, therapy is a safe place for someone struggling, or not, to go to and release the thoughts from their mind. Having a trustworthy, unbiased individual in your life who will help ease stress and not judge you can take a lot of weight off of someone’s shoulders. Just like people going to the gym to take care of their physical health, going to therapy to take care of your mental health is just as important.

What led you to become a mental healthcare practitioner?

I have always known that I want to help people. For as long as I can remember, I have been that nonjudgemental, go-to person for the individuals in my life to rely on for advice or to vent to. Knowing that I am a trustworthy person and enjoy helping the people in my life ease their minds, I knew becoming a therapist was the right career for me.
