I love to see people grow and bring to life the possibilities they dream for themselves.

I have masters degrees in applied positive psychology, bioethics, nutrition and applied physiology, social work and a PhD in Behavioral nutrition. In addition to receiving additional training in various therapeutic approaches (including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and emotion-focused therapy (EFT), I have also received training in teaching various mindfulness practices, including MBSR, MSC, MBCT and MBRP.
My work is deeply informed by Buddhist psychology and practices, as well as by existential philosophy and approaches.
