My approach is deeply rooted in valuing your uniqueness. What are your policies and practices around insurance?

My practice is not in-network with any insurance companies. However, we are able to provide super-bills should your insurance benefits include OON benefits.

How participatory are you during sessions?

You are the only thing that I am focused on and interested in during our sessions. My total and complete presence is my commitment to my clients and therefore participation is non-negotiable. What that participation looks like is customized to my client's needs and may even be different from session to session.
