
It's horrible to feel stuck and frustrated. We may feel that change is impossible. But, I believe that we can always grow. I work with young adults and adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, and trauma. My practice focuses on developing insight into our patterns through compassion and patience. I use a holistic combination of changing our actions, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Together, we can explore these patterns and emotions that feel debilitating.
