We’ll also identify coping strategies for moving through difficult emotions or memories so you can show up for yourself with more compassion and confidence. As a result of our time together, you’ll fortify your inner strength and identify strategies for creating new, positive life experiences that nurture your sense of wholeness, optimism, and hope. Providing a window into the deeply painful and personal parts of your life takes bravery.
