Message from Lindsay

Welcome! I’m Lindsay (she/her) and I offer a mind, body, and spirit approach to navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and more. I also have a unique niche in fertility and menstrual health. Starting therapy can come with mixed emotions, which is why I seek to create a space for you to be your true self without judgment. You’re welcome to share all the emotions and stories you’ve ever been ashamed of or have tried to suppress. You don’t have to carry it all alone, and I’m here to support you. If talking feels hard sometimes, we can also explore meditation and yoga to help you move out of your head and into your body. Through understanding your past and present experiences, I’ll help you create inner safety, navigate challenges, set boundaries that serve your healing, and build resilience. Experiences of joy, radiance, and empowerment can be a part of your consistent reality, and we’ll work together to cultivate that. If my approach resonates with you, I invite you to book your free 20 minute consultation so that I can learn more about you, and so that you can get to know me. Please Note: I'm currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Empire BCBS, Evernorth, Optum, United Healthcare, Aetna, Anthem, UMR, and Cigna. Unfortunately, I do not take Medicaid. Due to licensing regulations, I am only able to take insurance for clients who live in New York State.

Where did you work before going into private practice?

I was a menstrual cycle and fertility awareness educator and helped people avoid pregnancy naturally, consciously conceive, sync their life and healing process with the phases of their menstrual cycle, and heal their wombs after trauma.

What degrees do you have and what techniques are you trained in?

I have my LMSW, which stands for licensed master social worker. This means that I'm licensed by New York State to be a therapist. I am also a certified fertility awareness method educator, so I know how to support people with tracking their menstrual cycle to avoid pregnancy naturally, time conception, and understanding their hormone health. Additionally, I am a reiki practitioner and certified yoga teacher with specializations in trauma-informed yoga and fertility yoga.

What is unique about the work you do, or how have you found your work to be different than your colleagues'?

I have a unique focus on menstrual cycle and fertility issues and how they can be a reflection of trauma stored in the body. I love supporting spiritual clients through customized meditations and the creation of self-healing rituals. If you have a menstrual cycle, we can also sync your healing process with how your energy levels and moods shift throughout your cycle.
