Issues surrounding trauma, relationships, and whatever else you need during our time together can be discussed. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where you are free to explore your true self, share your deepest thoughts, and talk about your most intense emotions. Together we will explore your past and present, while envisioning a future, improved version of yourself. From personal experience, I know how important mental healthcare is to each person’s overall well-being. Making your mental health a priority we will create together a set of boundaries you need with others in your life.
