Get to Know Gabriel

Is there ever a time when you would encourage me to leave or graduate? Or how do I know when it's time to end or move on, or time to stay and explore more?

Therapy is a practice. Together we will discover what is serving you and what is hindering you in understanding what direction you might take in your personal and professional lives. As a therapist I don't so much encourage one decision over another as much as I help you understand what is most important to you and true to who you are and want to be.

What degrees do you have and what techniques are you trained in?

I hold an MSW and an MBA, and am currently continuing my psychoanalytic training The National Institute for The Psychotherapies.

If I have never been to therapy before, what should I expect? How do I know if I should go, and how do I start?

You have taken an important step in exploring what might be best for you. The curiosity that brought you to this page is such a valuable tool in therapeutic work. Follow that curiosity and reach out to learn more.
