Beginning the path to self-care and healing is a powerful move, even if it feels daunting, and I'm here to support you on that journey. As your therapist, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to unpack your thoughts, untangle your emotions, and generate the mind-body connection (we will talk more on what this is in our sessions). I’ll be with you along the way noticing patterns and highlighting your strengths. Whether you're seeking guidance through life's challenges, looking to enhance your well-being, or simply need someone to listen, I'm here to help. My goal is to offer you guidance, insight, and tools to navigate life's challenges and cultivate your inner resilience. You may be surprised to see just how strong you already are! I tailor my approach to fit your needs in the moment and provide you with care unique to you. Building self-compassion, somatic-based (body) work, mindfulness, boundary setting, challenging unhelpful thoughts and practicing exercises in and outside of session are staples in my work.
