How will our relationship be different than relationships I have with friends/loved ones?

Therapy can be uncomfortable sometimes because we are rarely in a space that is 100% dedicated to ourselves. Our relationship will be different because we focus solely on you and your growth.

How long should I commit to being in therapy, at least in the beginning?

Showing up is the first step, sometimes if we look too far ahead we can become overwhelmed, so lets take it session by session.

Where did you work before going into private practice?

Before going into private practice I worked in a Psychiatric Hospital, as well as a Rehab facility specializing in addiction and substance abuse.
