One of my favorite parts of this work is watching my client become more comfortable in their life and in their own skin! For me, it's an immense privilege to be part of someone's healing journey. I love seeing the positive and subtle changes that start to manifest from the work.
This absolutely depends on your preference! I am happy to provide recommendations and homework to do between sessions. I believe practicing some simple techniques and working on them in between sessions can be super beneficial, but if that's not your style, that is okay too!
Before our first session, you can make a list of things you'd like to work on together or areas of your life that you'd like support in. If you aren't sure what that list is, but are just feeling "off," that's okay too! We can work on sorting through it all, together.
