Do you have experience (5-10 years+) working with any types of obstacles or people in particular?

I have extensive experience working with individuals who have survived traumatic experiences, interpersonal relationship issues, self harming history, anxiety, depression, and those in transitional periods of life.

What degrees do you have and what techniques are you trained in?

I have a Clinical License in Social Work, a PhD in Social Welfare and Policy, and am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

What is the best part of the work for you?

The best part of being a therapist is being able to help individuals navigate the peaks and valleys of life and seeing self efficacy and self esteem grow!
