
My focus lies in helping individuals and couples work through anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, major life transitions, trauma, chronic illness, grief and loss. Having worked in consulting prior to my career as a therapist, I can appreciate the unique stressors associated with career and maintaining work-life balance. I aim to create an empathetic, comfortable environment for my clients to explore their challenges and experiences, increase their awareness and insight, all in an effort to promote positive and lasting change.
