I know how hard life can be sometimes. My own struggles with mental health challenges have shaped who I am today and inspired my passion for helping others. The support and guidance I received from my own therapist made a profound impact on my life, and it’s what drives me to help others navigate their own challenges. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) currently pursuing my PsyD. I’ve been working in the mental health field for six years, starting my journey by earning my BA in Psychology at UCLA and volunteering for three years at the Suicide Prevention Center. I now specialize in supporting individuals facing eating disorders, relationship issues, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also have experience working with children, teens, adults, families, and couples. My therapeutic approach focuses on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions and experiences. I aim to empower clients to take meaningful steps toward healing, personal growth, and self-acceptance. I truly believe in each person’s inherent ability to change and am dedicated to helping clients build more fulfilling and purposeful lives.

I aim to be as flexible and understanding as possible because I know life isn’t always predictable. Yes, it’s okay if you’re late. It’s okay if you need to reschedule your appointment, and it’s absolutely okay if you didn’t get to the “homework.” Therapy isn’t about checking boxes or being perfect—it’s about showing up as you are. I’m here for you, and when we’re together, it’s all about your needs, your pace, and your journey. Everything that comes up in session is valuable—whether it’s a story from your day, a difficult emotion, or even silence. Sometimes the moments we don’t expect hold the most meaning. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful tool for healing. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. This connection can be transformative, helping you build trust not only in the process but also in yourself.
I run an insurance-friendly practice. While I don't directly take insurance, many of my clients enjoy reimbursements for each session via Super Bills.
I became a therapist after struggling with my mental health for nearly a decade. I used to be the most negative and unhappy person you'd ever met and now I can genuinely say I am one of the happiest. My passion for psychology and the unique ways we process and interpret our experiences led me to pursue it as my undergraduate major. After my own transformative experience with therapy, I knew I wanted to become a psychotherapist and help others navigate their journeys toward healing and self-discovery. During my time at UCLA, I volunteered for the suicide hotline for three years, and that experience solidified my commitment to this work. Witnessing the profound impact I could have on someone in crisis showed me the power of support and connection in moments of deep struggle. Today, I am grateful to work with my clients each week, making a consistent and meaningful impact in their lives. I currently specialize in eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, and interpersonal relationships. In addition to my clinical work, I am completing the final half of my PsyD program, with research focused on social media’s impact on intimate relationships.
