Clinical Psychologist Life doesn’t come with a roadmap—especially when you're juggling major transitions, relationship stress, or the emotional weight of motherhood. I work with individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Many of my clients are navigating big life shifts: becoming parents, growing apart in their relationships, or struggling with anxiety, and self-doubt. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. In therapy, I create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered—without judgment. Whether you're working through postpartum changes, communication breakdowns, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll gently uncover what’s beneath the surface and build tools that help you feel more connected to yourself and others. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapy, but I believe real healing happens in relationship—with connection, empathy, and trust at the core. I bring humanistic principles into everything I do, and I’m here to support you with care, curiosity, and compassion as you move toward the life and relationships you want.

What are your policies and practices around insurance?

My services are self-pay, but there is a billing specialist who will check your insurance benefits and help determine if you may be eligible for reimbursement. Depending on your coverage, some clients are able to get reimbursement. You'll have a chance to speak with the billing specialist before starting therapy so you have a clear sense of your options.

What is unique about the work you do, or how have you found your work to be different than your colleagues'?

What’s unique about my work is the way I balance evidence-based approaches with deep empathy and a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship. I bring a warm, down-to-earth presence to therapy, creating a space where clients feel truly seen and supported. I’ve found that clients are drawn to the way I blend practical tools with emotional attunement, helping them not just “cope,” but connect more deeply to themselves and their relationships.

If I have never been to therapy before, what should I expect? How do I know if I should go, and how do I start?

If you’ve never been to therapy before, it’s completely normal to feel unsure about where to start. You don’t need to be in crisis—therapy can help if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply curious about understanding yourself better. In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to get out of our work together. Therapy is a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. If you’re wondering whether it’s time to start, that question alone is a good sign it might be the right moment to reach out.

From your perspective, what is therapy?

Therapy is a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges without fear of judgment. It’s a collaborative process where you and I work together to uncover patterns that might be keeping you stuck and help you move toward lasting change. Therapy is a place where you can be heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful shifts. At its core, therapy is about connection—connecting with yourself, others, and your own potential for growth.
