As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to support meaningful, lasting progress. I provide care exclusively through telehealth, making mental health support more accessible, flexible, and convenient—no matter where you are in New Jersey or beyond. I also prioritize cultural sensitivity and understand how identity, background, and lived experience shape each person’s journey. My approach to medication management is thoughtful and patient-centered, aimed at helping you feel empowered and informed every step of the way. Whether you’re looking for clarity, stability, or healing, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and clinical expertise.

What led you to become a mental healthcare practitioner?

I’ve always believed that mental health is the foundation of overall wellness. After more than a decade in healthcare, I witnessed firsthand how untreated emotional pain can affect every aspect of a person’s life. I became a psychiatric nurse practitioner to offer a safe, effective path toward healing—combining medical knowledge with genuine empathy.

What degrees do you have and what techniques are you trained in?

I hold a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from an accredited PMHNP program. I’m trained in psychopharmacology, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, and trauma-informed care. My practice blends clinical precision with a patient-centered, strengths-based approach.

Where did you work before going into private practice?

Before transitioning into private practice, I worked in various healthcare settings including inpatient psychiatric units, outpatient clinics, and integrated care environments. My roles allowed me to collaborate closely with primary care, behavioral health, and addiction teams—giving me a 360° view of what holistic, coordinated care truly looks like.
