We will do regular check ins to see what has changed since we started working together. If something isn't working, I'm happy to make changes with you so we make it work!

Do you assign homework, activities, or readings for me to do between sessions? Why or why not?

Typically I will give you a task to do between sessions. This homework can last anywhere from 5 minutes a week to 5 minutes a day. This is just to keep you accountable and keep us on track for your success!
