Do you find yourself stuck in the past or worrying about the future? Is it difficult to stay grounded in the present moment? Anxiety and depression are experts at pulling our attention away from the here and now, often fueling negative thought patterns and disconnecting us from who we truly are. But here's the truth: you are already whole, loved, worthy, and enough—no matter what your mind may say. My goal as a therapist is to create a collaborative and empowering space for growth where you feel safe, seen, and supported. In our work together, we'll focus on what’s getting in the way of being present and reaching your goals. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, focusing on living fully in the present while building resilience for the future. I draw from cognitive behavioral principles, including DBT, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices, but most importantly, I tailor our work to what feels meaningful and effective for you. Together, we'll practice everyday skills and techniques to manage emotional distress, challenge negative thinking, and stay grounded. Your goals will guide the process, helping you move beyond fear and toward a more authentic version of yourself.

To me, therapy is whatever you need it to be. It can be a space for support and guidance through life’s challenges, a place to better understand and manage difficult emotions, or an opportunity to explore your identity and grow in ways that align with your values and goals. Sometimes it’s all of that — and sometimes it’s something entirely different. Whatever your reasons for seeking therapy, we’ll work together to create a safe, collaborative, and empowering space that helps you get where you want to go.
I completed Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) through Columbia School of Social Work, gaining skills to help clients manage emotions, navigate crises, and improve relationships. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques and pull from these evidence-based tools to support lasting change in a compassionate, structured, and client-centered way.
