My role is to help you recognize these skills and add to them or strengthen them to help you achieve your goals. I will draw on your strengths and support you in identifying or building your community or support system, which will also help you in achieving your goals. I use a strength-based, client-centered, and community-focused approach in my practice. I've worked extensively with individuals who are substance users, where I take on a harm reduction approach. I have also worked extensively with individuals experiencing domestic violence or intimate partner violence. Looking forward to working with you!
