Hi, I’m Kim, and I’m so glad you’re here. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, pressure, or having to explain yourself. I meet each client where they are, knowing that no two individuals, experiences, or healing journeys are the same. Through my experience working with postpartum moms, I’ve seen how emotionally intense and complex this chapter of life can be. Navigating new parenthood while managing identity shifts, emotional changes, and expectations often shaped by cultural stressors and gender norms, can feel overwhelming. You are not alone in this. I work with individuals navigating intergenerational trauma, postpartum anxiety and depression, the transition into new parenthood, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, imposter syndrome, and major life transitions. I also support clients who are children of immigrant parents and are exploring the complexities of identity, responsibility, and belonging. My approach is culturally focused, collaborative, and strengths-based. Together, we explore how past experiences, family systems, and cultural narratives shape your present, while building tools that support healing, confidence, balance, and self-trust. Whether you’re feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, or simply seeking a space that truly centers you, I’m here to support you. Therapy with me is about helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with the life you want to create. Let’s begin your healing journey together.

I share thoughtfully and intentionally, only when it supports your therapeutic goals. My focus is always on you and your experience. When self-disclosure is used, it’s to help build connection, normalize your experience, or deepen understanding never to shift the focus away from your healing.
Our relationship is different in that it’s centered entirely on you. Therapy offers a confidential, nonjudgmental space where your experiences, emotions, and patterns can be explored with intention and care. Unlike relationships with friends or loved ones, my role is to support your growth, provide perspective, and help you develop tools that foster healing and lasting change.
The most meaningful part of my work is supporting clients as they gain insight, confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves. I value walking alongside people as they navigate challenges, recognize their strengths, and move toward the version of themselves and the life they want to create.
