As an East Coast transplant, I am warm yet direct, and I strive to bring humility, empathy and especially humor to all of my client interactions. Together, we will work to build on your strengths, ease your symptoms, unpack your baggage and retire the limiting and inaccurate beliefs about yourself and the world that are no longer serving you. My approach is open, casual, and collaborative, and I strive to maintain a space that is judgment-free, and where you will feel fully accepted, truly seen and supported.

When I first started therapy, the first few clinicians I saw were nice and seemed good enough, but I never really felt much different. But eventually I was fortunate enough to meet a therapist who literally changed my life. She helped me identify the core issues that caused me to feel sad, lonely and hopeless throughout my life and helped me work through them, all while making me feel truly seen and "good enough." That experience showed me the transformative power of working with the right therapist, and made me want to try and give that gift to others.
