Maybe you’ve been holding a lot together lately, and you’re ready for a space where you don’t have to. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge, feeling stuck, or simply ready for something to change, therapy can give you space to slow down, better understand yourself, and explore what you need moving forward. I know reaching out for support can take courage, and my hope is that from our first conversation, you feel welcomed, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I see therapy as your journey. I’m here as a guide, helping you identify what matters to you, recognize the strengths you already have, and find realistic, tangible ways to make everyday life feel more manageable and fulfilling. Together, we’ll create goals that feel meaningful and attainable to you. I aim to foster an environment that makes you feel safe and comfortable to explore what may be difficult, ask questions, and work through challenges without judgment. I have experience supporting people through anxiety, depression and other mood struggles, substance use and addictive behaviors, life transitions, establishing healthy boundaries, and finding a sustainable balance between work and life. Wherever you’re starting from, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can be a place to understand yourself more deeply, build on what’s already working, and move toward the life you want to create. I would be honored to be part of that process.

Get to Know Gina

Do you assign homework, activities, or readings for me to do between sessions? Why or why not?

Homework may include activities such as journaling, utilizing stress-reduction techniques, or taking structured time for self-reflection. These are different tools that may be beneficial for some but not for all. Before ever “assigning” anything for you to complete independently, we will discuss if this is something that aligns with your treatment goals and comfort level.

What degrees do you have and what techniques are you trained in?

I graduated with my MSW from Fordham University in 2024. I have training in Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My previous clinical experience includes working in a community-based mental health and substance use treatment center as a Licensed Master Social Worker.
