Our culture places immense pressure on women to be everything to everyone, often at the expense of our well-being. Therapy offers a space to pause and unravel these expectations, allowing you to reconnect with your authentic self. It’s a place where we can challenge the cultural norms that have defined how you "should" show up in the world, and instead, identify your own values—those that resonate with who you truly are. Maybe you’re questioning a relationship, navigating divorce, or feeling the strain on your friendships. Perhaps you're experiencing health challenges or facing the caregiving role for a loved one. Or maybe it’s the weight of it all—feeling like you’ve lost yourself in the process of meeting everyone else’s needs. In therapy, we can explore these challenges together. You'll find a supportive, non-judgmental space where your experiences, emotions, and struggles are met with compassion and understanding.Therapy can help you set healthy boundaries, rediscover your voice, and create a life aligned with your true values—on your own terms. Whether it’s career stress, the strain of caregiving, the demands of parenting, or navigating major life transitions, you don’t have to carry it alone. If you're ready to step into a space where your needs matter, where we can unpack the weight of these responsibilities together, call or email today. Let’s see how we can work together to help you find clarity, balance, and peace.

I am not a directive therapist. My approach is based on the belief is that you know what you wish to work on and what would be most helpful for you to explore. By allowing you to start the session, it eliminates the possibility of me asking you about something you may have already resolved or simply do not wish to speak of. This ensures that I am respectful of how you wish to spend our time together.
I completed my traineeship and internship at Open Paths Counseling Center where I studied psychodynamic psychotherapy, LGBTQIA concerns, and trauma (I completed a six month trauma intensive). I worked in a group practice whose primary clientele was sex addicts and betrayed partners and completed Certified Sex Addiction Specialist (CSAT) training levels 1 & 2. In 2019, I completed the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) certification through the Humanitarian Assistance Program and the Intensive Grief Training at Our House. I have significant experience working with disordered eating, and approach this work using the Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating Models.
I share very little about myself. The therapeutic relationship is a unique one, one that is all about you. However, I will self disclose if I believe there will be therapeutic value to you.
