Message from Jasmine

Often times we find ourselves stuck doing the same things, and thinking the same things, and we can't figure out how to break out of these patterns. Sometimes we just need to talk it out, or sit with our thoughts and get deep from within. Allow me to provide you a safe space and assist in exploring where we are currently in life and how to get to the next ideal chapter together. All sessions are tailored and customized to your needs specifically. Using various modalities, (CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic) that are the best fit to maximize our time together and help you gain the insight, and tools to obtain your ultimate end goal. Making the choice for yourself to embark on this journey of healing is the biggest first step. I would be delighted to assist you in your journey, with kindness, patience, and authenticity, as we get to the roots of our issues, and transform to your higher self. Feel free to give me a call for a complimentary 15 minute consultation.

Where did you work before going into private practice?

For 2 years, post Graduate school, I worked at a non-profit clinic that provided services for low-income individuals. With a full caseload of 50+ clients weekly, developing customized treatment plans for each, weekly staff meetings and an amazing team support, I was granted the privilege to really develop and acquire new skills and techniques as a therapist. We served a community of a wide demographic, with many different diagnoses, issues and obstacles.
