My approach is warm, empathetic, anti-oppressive, strengths based, and culturally responsive. Through my experience in diverse settings and countries, I recognize that each individual's healing journey is just as unique as they are. I acknowledge that some folks might be called to talk therapy, while others may find healing through movement or attention to their breath. As an integrative therapist and trauma sensitive yoga teacher, I incorporate a blend of Western interventions such as IFS, CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, alongside holistic practices like somatic and energetic work, acupressure, and meditation. As a trauma informed provider, I welcome you to choose how you would like to grow. Rather it be from anxiety, addiction, trauma, or daily struggles - I am here to support you to find what works best for you. Although I specialize in women's issues, I work with individual clients of all ages and genders. My specialties include self empowerment, mindfulness, sexual trauma, relationship trauma, anxiety, depression, and child development.

Get to Know Gabriella
For the past ten years I have worked with individuals and groups of all ages in diverse settings in five countries. I have extensive experience in schools, health settings, and community centers. I feel that the lessons I have learned from each unique community directly informs my work as a psychotherapist.
I believe that growth and healing is unique and personal and therefore recognize how some people may feel called to talk therapy, while others may find comfort in somatic practices and mindfulness. As an integrative psychotherapist and trauma sensitive yoga teacher, I offer individuals the opportunity to express themselves through words or holistic interventions.
