Welcome! Life doesn’t come with a manual, and at times it can feel overwhelming, confusing, or just plain hard. I offer a compassionate, supportive space where you can explore what you’re going through, build effective coping skills, and move toward greater confidence and balance. Over the past 4+ years, I’ve worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship patterns, life transitions, and family dynamics. My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, meaning I meet you where you are and tailor our work together at a pace that feels safe and manageable. I view therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we’ll work to deepen insight, strengthen resilience, and help you feel more grounded and aligned in your day-to-day life. Whether you’re processing past experiences, adjusting to change, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way.

I hold a Master of Social Work from New York University and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York State. I have completed trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Somatic Work, along with various other therapeutic modalities. I have experience supporting clients directly as well as designing programs and resources that improve access to care. I bring this experience into sessions to provide a client-centered approach tailored to each person’s needs.
If you’ve never been to therapy, it’s normal to feel unsure about what to expect. In your first session, we’ll talk about what brought you here, your goals, and any challenges you’re facing. Therapy is a safe space to be heard, explore your experiences, and build skills to manage difficult emotions. You might consider starting therapy if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just want support navigating life’s challenges. Beginning is as simple as reaching out to schedule a session, and we can go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
For your first session, there’s no need to prepare anything formal. It can help to think about what brings you to therapy and any goals or challenges you’d like to explore. I’ll ask questions to understand your experiences and what matters most to you, and together we’ll begin creating a supportive space for growth.
I approach diversity with curiosity, respect, and openness. I recognize that each client brings their own experiences, culture, and identity to our sessions, and I work to understand your unique perspective. My approach is collaborative, creating a space where differences are honored and therapy is tailored to what feels meaningful and supportive for you.
