Coming Back to Yourself · Day 5

Your sustainable life plan

You made it. Today is about carrying what you've learned into the life you actually live.

Video loads here on the live page

In today's video

  • What it means to carry these insights forward
  • The difference between a sustainable life and a smaller life
  • How to hold your non-negotiables when life gets demanding again
  • A personal note from Alyssa

Reflect in your workbook

  • Picture 3 months from now. You've honored what you learned this week. Where are you? How do you feel? What does an ordinary Tuesday look like?
  • Looking back at this week, what stays? Which insights or practices feel worth keeping?
  • What goes? What were you doing, or putting up with, that you're ready to let go of?

Today's practice: your burnout prevention agreement

In your workbook, write a short agreement with yourself:

  • My 3 non-negotiables
  • My early warning signs that burnout is coming back
  • My first action when I notice those signs
  • The person I can call when things get hard

Read it out loud if you can. Then put it somewhere future you will find it: print it, photograph it as your lock screen, or mail it to yourself. And choose one way to celebrate showing up for yourself this week.

If you want to go deeper

If this week opened something up and you'd like 1:1 support, we can match you with a therapist who fits what you need. Thank you for showing up for yourself.

Take the time you need. This program is educational and not a substitute for therapy. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 or visit mywellbeing.com/crisis-resources. Questions? Email connect@mywellbeing.com.
