In today's video

  • Why motivation, clarity and productivity all come after the physical basics
  • Maslow's hierarchy of needs as a practical daily question
  • The power of reclaiming one non-negotiable
  • How to make your commitment stick

Reflect in your workbook

  • What are my absolute baseline needs? (For example: 7+ hours of sleep, 3 meals, one real social connection a week, time outside.)
  • Which of those am I consistently meeting right now? Which am I not?

Today's practice: the reclaim

Choose one need from your "not meeting" list. Just one. Commit to it as a non-negotiable this week, then make it real:

  • Put it in your calendar right now, like a meeting you can't move.
  • Write it somewhere you'll see every day: your lock screen, a sticky note, the front of your workbook.
  • Tell one person, and ask them to check in with you in 3 days and again in a week.
