Free and Low-Fee Mental Health Resources

State-Specific Low-Fee Resources

At this time, MyWellbeing therapy matchmaking is available in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and California.
We are expanding quickly, and in the meantime, we are grateful to share a curated list of free or low-cost resources below to provide as much support as possible:

About Insurance

We match outside of insurance, and most of our therapists do not accept insurance in-network. If you must stay in-network or require a significantly reduced fee to access therapy, we encourage you to check out the list of resources below.

You may have out-of-network benefits with your insurance plan, which can reduce the cost of therapy by 10-90%. If you do not know if you have out-of-network benefits and want to find out if you have them, then please read this article. If you would like to consider out-of-network providers, please complete our match form to find the *right* therapist for you.
